The Fumes!I will say this color is great, the packaging is beautiful but the fumes are toxic. I was coughing and wheezing through most of the process. I would highly recommend putting in the instructions to make sure to be in a well ventilated area. Color was WAY DARKER than I expectedI expected a dark blonde but got a medium to darker brown. Not happy. Sent in a request for help changing color but have gotten no response. I really wanted to like this kit. Was easy to do, had great instructions, good products, just WRONG COLOR. Want to change my color I want more of a warmer red toneHello...the color this round turned out more even throughout my hair but I feel like it’s too dark and in certain light I felt like I saw some ash tones. Bye bye tough Grey!With traditional box color, my stubborn Grey's and white hair showed in a week. I'm close to 4 weeks and my color is amazing! AWESOME- FABULOUSLoved colour - will leave on a bit longer next time as a few stubborn greys. Practice makes perfect, might tweak colour in future but for now extremely pleased with my hair. Order Team was great in sending apology advising order running behind and credited my account so next colour for free. So easyJust like buying a box dye for ease of use but beyond a million differences. The thickness of this product is by far superior and the smell is not bad. More then enough product.
