Hair Fell OutThis was my first touch-up after the initial color. I love the color, but my hair fell out in clumps. I was rinsing the color in the shower during the last stage of the process, and chunks of hair were coming out in my hands. Couldn’t do anything but cry. If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. We have reached out to you via email with more details on next steps and how we can help get this resolved for you. In the future, we recommend performing a skin allergy test 48 hours before each hair color application. Salon Quality Without AppointmentMy second color kit arrived last week with a highlighter kit also. I have to say that this kit hasn’t only saved me gobs of money, but also from the box colors at the store. Sometimes I had to go to several stores to find the color I wanted or I had to order online and hope for the best. With eSalon I get MY perfect color without hassle. Also there is a consultant if I want to change colors. The outcome is better, dare I say, than me going to a salon for an $80 color!
