I couldn't believe you got my color right, and the first time! I went back to my stylist and she asked me where I'd been. Ha, she even loved it.

...in a good way! I was sure the color they sent would turn my natural color red-nope! Pretty sure they knew what they were doing. I have grey and colored/highlighted hair so not so easy to color. I did respond to ask for better grey coverage but I'm super happy so far!
