Best hair color and customer support!This is by far the best boxed coloring product I've ever used and I've used probably all that is available! It's a bit more money but worth every penny! I was considering giving up and giving in to pricey salon coloring which I REALLY cannot afford but now that I found esalon they've saved the day,my money and my hair! I've gotten so many compliments on my hair and a few people ask me where I get my color done! I had to have them tweek my formula but only once to add a little more of a hue and it was perfect. Finally a natural red!!!!I've gone to salons and spent tons of money on pretty but unnatural shades of red, or not pretty highlights. Done. I miss pretty highlights but I don't miss spending all of my money! Color is beautiful, natural, product is easy to use. Highly recommend!!!!!
