Turned out exactly as I had picked!I was really excited that they treat the root different than the remaining growth of hair. This is where box color from the store can't compare. I agree salon color is best, but for those of us who are not willing to drop the mad amounts of money on the coloring, this is perfect. It was easy to apply, and didn't dry out my hair. LOVE IT!My hair kit and color was amazing! I had a two step process to cover up highlights. The color was exactly as I expected it and looks great! No strong odors, or any complaints! FabI am really happy with the coverage. The colour is great but I have asked for a slight change on my next order. This is not because E Salon got it wrong but because I am trying to find the "right" colour. All done in under an hour! Why does it take hours in the hairdressers to achieve the same result? My daughter, aged 16, watched a you tube video and did my roots. I added the remainder of the bottle and "shampooed" it onto my hair and left for 5 minutes as advised. So happy.
