Custom ColorThe first kit I received, was just a little too dark for me and not enough auburn. I sent my concerns in and the next kit turned out great. New colorThe last time I ordered I chose a new color (blue black) and I was not happy with it. Today, I tried re-ordering a color I've used in the past and I'm having a very hard time making any changes to my previous order ("My Color"). There is NO OPTION to change my color, it seems I can only re-order the last color I selected. What the heck?! The ordering process in NOT user friendly and no option to get assistance! Great color but...First...I want to say that the emails and ordering experience was great. The colorist I had helping me was very nice and honest about my color choice and the best way to go for my hair. The color is great! First day afterwards it looked very pretty...but it has now begun to fade and I thought for sure it would last longer. I have only been washing my hair about 2-3 times per week and following instructions to keep it vibrant but compared to store boxes it faded faster.
