Exceeded ExpectationsI was slightly hesitant because what appears on a screen isn’t always what matches in real life. After contacting the color specialist and describing what I want, they sent the perfect color. It was easy to apply and weeks later the color still looks great. Custom Colour SetI have been using your product for a good few months now and yes I love it, but I have found that your formula changes quite often. initially, the product would give me a good 10 days coverage on my stubborn temple greys, lately, only the temple greys are visible after the first wash! During the colour process, the product used to make my hair feel almost elastic, so I KNEW it was working, but it no longer feels like that? Don't do it! They refused to follow thru with guarantee.The color did absolutely nothing to my hair. I may as well have colored it with Suave shampoo and a 🍋 lemon.
