Not the colour I ordered, hair feel like straw, colour fades quicklyI asked for my colour to be lightened a little from the red that is close to my natural hair color as I am covering a few grays. What I got was BROWN. It is awful. I can't fix it for another 3 weeks since my hair needs time to recover from this tragedy. My hair feels like straw, it is dull, and oddly sticky. I followed all directions. Made sure all of the product was rinsed from my hair, let it air dry for a bit before using the hair dryer. My hair looks and feels terrible. Custom color set reviewI loved working with E-Salon! It was a lot of fun sending in the assessment to find the right color for me and getting the kit in the mail. The kit is put together really well; organized and very user friendly and the color turned out perfectly- just what I wanted. The Absolute Worst....Stay AwayMade an appointment, which was cancelled by the Hollywood store at the very last minute. The worst customer service, snotty, condescending, rude, and incompetent. Frustrated!I dont know why, but my hair color is so hard to rinse out. I spend 30 minutes in a warm shower than another 15 stucking my head under the faucet because the water is cold. I scrub and scrub with my hands and go through so much shampoo. I'm so frustrated! I used this a few years ago and had the same thing happen.
