Use a well ventilated room.Bought my first kit a few weeks back but only got around to using it this evening. The smell is extremely strong and overpowering, use in a well ventilated room. Not the colour I ordered, hair feel like straw, colour fades quicklyI asked for my colour to be lightened a little from the red that is close to my natural hair color as I am covering a few grays. What I got was BROWN. It is awful. I can't fix it for another 3 weeks since my hair needs time to recover from this tragedy. My hair feels like straw, it is dull, and oddly sticky. I followed all directions. Made sure all of the product was rinsed from my hair, let it air dry for a bit before using the hair dryer. My hair looks and feels terrible. Custom color set reviewI loved working with E-Salon! It was a lot of fun sending in the assessment to find the right color for me and getting the kit in the mail. The kit is put together really well; organized and very user friendly and the color turned out perfectly- just what I wanted.
