Best color I’ve usedThe product comes very attractively and thoughtfully packaged. Color comes out true to my request. Choice of colorThey reviewed information and the picture that I had provided, the color I wanted was in their opinion not the best choice. They sent me a color which they felt would be suit. I liked the color, but it straighten my curls ...I really loved the way it arrived with the instructions and everything. I also liked the color, however I got sad because it straighten my curls in some areas and I'm all about my curls. Also I notice that the color didn't last long on my grays. I will give it another try because next time will be a retouch of roots. But I'm truly sad about my curls. I had to cut some areas and start to let it grow. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Not SatisfiedMy hair did not become the color I asked for, not even close to it. I contacted support to see what can be done about my experience and I did not like that I did not receive a real person response. I was expecting an email from my colorist but instead, I received an automatic response that says I should adjust my color so my next order is better. I feel completely ignored and unhappy. How can I trust you when you give me that kind of response after I am notifying you that I am unhappy? I am not giving any more money. Vibrant multi tonal colour 💜Dark brown Cool beige Week one Really Impressed with my first experience with e-Salon. My hair had suffered from colouring ( I would use professional tint from a hair suppliers) Turning grey changed the texture of my hair & the menopause didn’t help also, last year my hair had fallen out in places after a major operation. something I really didn’t expect. It’s grown back now with some help! The colour mixes well and is mess free. Yet still arrives with a stain protector & remover. You have all you need in your pack including shampoo and conditioner, gloves, tint brush. My pack arrived with a gift of ‘ends reviver’ - I was dubious about this as I had some nice highlights left through the ends. However I gave it a go. The colour picked up these beautifully & I still have lighter ends - I’m sure you can use the main colour if ever you wanted t get rid of lighter ends - The condition of my hair is wonderful after colouring. I expected good results as I have been researching eSalon for some time. This product really lived up to its name. I love the way you can tweak your colour as I usually go lighter in the summer months. The result is great! Multi tonal and my hair looks alive again. The light picks up the multi tones and I’ve had a few comments on how rich my colour is :) The shampoo and conditioner are lovely. Thick, rich with no spills or wastage. Simply AmazingThis is the first product that I use that actually makes my hair look & feel better after coloring. The color is very rich and is enough to thoroughly cover my waist long hair. It is excellent on my color resistant grays. I love this product and will continue to subscribe.
