Good but not exactly rightThe color was a little dull and I had some hair fall out. ESalon did give a courtesy to try a second time. Instructions very straight forward but color was unevenI loved the box with clear instructions and tools. Unfortunately , although I made sure to cover my entire head, roots to end, the color looks uneven. Great at home colourI am so pleased with my colour. I had previously had my hair dyed at a salon and didn't like how fake the colour looked at first. I would wear my hair up until it had been washed a few times and the colour started to look more natural. This was not the case with eSalon. Seasoned colourerI've been colouring my hair for 45 years...and of course I have a fair bit of grey hair now. I've used many, many, MANY brands and types of at-home colour, but eSalon is the best I've found so far. The bottle application is best for me - it's what I'm used to - and it works fine...the coverage using eSalon colour is really good...so good that I've even had compliments from hairdressers! It's also good value for money; some other hair colours may be cheaper, but you have to ask yourself: Are they as good? The answer is likely to be a resounding 'NO'. So if you're reading this because you are undecided about the product, be undecided no more - take the plunge, make the order, and wait for the best hair colour EVER to drop through your letter-box.
