New colorThe last time I ordered I chose a new color (blue black) and I was not happy with it. Today, I tried re-ordering a color I've used in the past and I'm having a very hard time making any changes to my previous order ("My Color"). There is NO OPTION to change my color, it seems I can only re-order the last color I selected. What the heck?! The ordering process in NOT user friendly and no option to get assistance! Great color but...First...I want to say that the emails and ordering experience was great. The colorist I had helping me was very nice and honest about my color choice and the best way to go for my hair. The color is great! First day afterwards it looked very pretty...but it has now begun to fade and I thought for sure it would last longer. I have only been washing my hair about 2-3 times per week and following instructions to keep it vibrant but compared to store boxes it faded faster. Truly Special and Completely NaturalFrom the very first time I tried this product, I knew I had found something truly special. The colour created for me by the technicians is perfect and completely natural looking, unlike anything I have ever experienced before, in any hair salon. I also like that I am completely in control as regards the process, from deciding on the colour, to applying the product and the length of time I leave it to develop the look I’m aiming for. Absolutely love!This kit is absolutely wonderful! I love the ease of it all, and for me the color has been better than in a salon. The shampoo and conditioner are great! Leaves hair soft and shiney. Definitely recommend!!!I have been coloring my own hair for over 20 years, I have always chosen pretty much the same color and usually color every three to four months. Love the process working with the colorist perfecting my colorThis is my second set, I requested that Danielle add more brown to the end color. She did exactly what I asked for and toned down the copper. It's looks great! I couldn't be more pleased with the results.
