So unhappyI hate my color that was chosen for me , Dark brown. I could of used a box dye at home if I wanted Dark brown.I was thinking my hair would be a beautiful new color and nope just brown.I will not purchase again 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Fried my hair/Horrible customer serviceProduct isn't right for my hair. It has fried the ends of my hair, not very subtle. I use products that are more gentle and/ or have products that protect your hair when using any type of blondes and the review I did I specifically mentioned that. I cancelled my membership and received emails with blank responses and still was charged. Horrible customer service. It's like they are robots and just turn you off when you speak. So Upset!This was not at all what I wanted and had hoped for. I went into this experience hoping that my hair would look great and instead its a dark mess. It feels so dry and the color is too dark for my pale self. On top of that.. My package was damaged and had to be retapped by I think the post office. Root color was way too darkThe root color they gave me came out extremely dark and did not blend at all with the end color that they gave me. It made my roots look worse than when I started.
