eSalon is awsome!I had never done anything on my hair by myself before, but when I knew about eSalon and the personalized service they provide, I decided to give it a try. My experience was very good since the very first moment. I received a lovely box and my name printed on the bottles, and the instructions were very easy to follow for the application of the product. roots blended perfectly....Haven't washed hair yet? impressed with Emily!!!!!!I didn't enjoy leaving the color on my hair for 30 minutes, because I usually use a boxed root color for 10 mins. But I see why its so much better. I may tweek the color I ordered, but the colorist was so right about my coloring and what would be less brassy and too warm a color for my complexion now. Better than store bought brands!I have tried store brands ever since my hair started getting gray strands of hair. That was in high school & I got tired of people coming up behind me, getting one strand of hair & pulling it out. All the store brands gave my hair a red tint. Not a pale one either. And I couldn't afford to buy them as often as I should have due to money issues. When I saw an ad from eSalon I looked at everything it said & called the phone number. It was the best decision I have made in a very long time. The lady on the phone gave me good advice for the problems I had been having. She said to tell the girls that, they would know what to do & they did! They were so helpful anytime I called.
