Not really worth the moneyLast time I ordered my color it took over a week to get it. The color itself was good. What it boils down to is that it cost me over $30 (with shipping), for a color that I didn't even get for over a week. Not so happySo again my custom color is way darker towards brown than I expected. I really hate it. This makes my hair feel weird and it seems hard to rinse out. Beautiful ColorMy colorist, Gena was extremely accommodating. I disliked my first color and she replaced it with a color that fit my skin tone beautifully. She was also very helpful when I wanted to go darker and helped me with my transition shades, my current color (dark brown natural golden) is rich and beautiful, so happy with it!
