My colorI love the fact that I really got a hand in what I picked out. Going for original, any changes to picking my new color. My first box was frozen because of where I live. The customer service rep sent me a new box. I was going on vacation in 2 days so they sent it to where I was going. I also did not have to worry about changing my address back to my home address it was already done. I wanted a little adjustment and it was done. Can't believe how easy this is. Where has eSalon been my whole life. I love the fact I get to pick when the next shipment is and can change it at anytime. There is no pressure. LOVE esalonI love my new more natural color. I just used my order tonight and I love it, soft hair, natural color, all grays gone!!!!!!!!! I was nervous when I started the process tonight, but I just followed the simple instructions and took my time. I feel and look like I just came from the salon, but I did it all in comfort of my own home. I will never use store bought hair color again. This is simply the best ever. I'm so excited.
