It's the color I want for a quarter the price. I love that the color isn't flat, but is multi-dimensional; more natural.

after a tweak in my color I am on cloud nine...this color is one that will take me into my late sixties. I was so tired of salons and appointments. I had to make a change and I found e-salon. Dreams do come true!!!!!

I love the fact that I really got a hand in what I picked out. Going for original, any changes to picking my new color. My first box was frozen because of where I live. The customer service rep sent me a new box. I was going on vacation in 2 days so they sent it to where I was going. I also did not have to worry about changing my address back to my home address it was already done. I wanted a little adjustment and it was done. Can't believe how easy this is. Where has eSalon been my whole life. I love the fact I get to pick when the next shipment is and can change it at anytime. There is no pressure. Thank you for my wonderful hair color
