WOW!!The color is fantastic - just what I’ve wanted for years. I have a hairdresser friend put the color on for me (she knows I won’t do it right) and she was amazed. Appreciate the custom color!I appreciate a process where a stylist works with me to tweak my color. I’m now three weeks in and am just now starting to see the return of greys at my roots, which is not bad. I would have rated a 5, but I believe I requested the brush and bowl option last time yet received the bottle applicator.
