changed color - bleached out my hairI had been a member since 2016. This last color - they totally changed my formula with no warning. Instead of a copper color which is what it had always been, I now have bleach blond roots that do not match my hair. No, I did not do a color test bc it had always been the same. The products have changed. I'm frantically trying to get to a hair salon to have it fixed! Scary change!!!I have been a light blonde for approximately 10 years and I needed a change.I received my color promptly but it sat in my closet for almost 2 weeks.The color I chose was going to be a big and I really had to be ready.I did it tonight after everyone was in bed. Love it!The color match is perfect! Had to make a slight adjustment from my first order. They were very accommodating, listened to exactly what I wanted and hit the nail on the head!! They also sent me a complimentary additional color which was awesome! Love the product and will keep using. So nice not to have to worry about going out and getting my color. It has been 2 months and my hair color continues to look natural for me. Thank you all for your dedication, PS Not ready to give into my grey tones yet.
