Hair ColorI have spent a small fortune on my hair over the years. I tried store bought color ONCE it left hair feeling dry and brittle. I tried eSalon and the process was easy to follow. Afterwards, my hair was soft and I love the color. My sister is a professional cosmotoligist and she gave me the thumbs up to try eSalon! couldn't be worseI ordered dark ash blonde specifying I don't want ANY brassiness not a hint.. my hair turned out completely red. Good I ordered a dark blonde spray and had Mixed Feelings blonde toning drops on hand, so was able to cover it up. The smell of the color mix is stronger than any box color, there should be a big warning on the bottle. I emailed the "colorist" before my second order was due, sent them a picture, asked if they can fix it.. no response whatsoever, nada.. Of course I cancelled the plan. I'm still receiving emails to restart the plan, get free shipping.. Overall the idea is great, the packaging is amazing, the website is nice, but the color I got was beyond bad and the customer service, as far as I'm concerned, doesn't exist. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
