Love my color and customer service!It took 3 times to get my color right simply because my grays are as hard-headed as I am! Great packaging, great instructions, poor follow up supportI received my first shipment from esalon and after following the instructions, the color I got was not a good fit for me at all. While I've been trying to get the next shipment updated to a new color, I am receiving canned email responses that indicate to me that my next color update is definitely not being "tailored to me." For example, I received a generic canned email about doing a strand test after I had sent an image showing how the color looked on me (and to show I'd been using the tinted rinse and that it hadn't worked that well). Great Coloring ExperienceI ordered the dark brown ash and my previous color was slightly lighter with bleached ends which I wanted to get rid of. It also had more of a golden tone. It’s been about a month since I colored my hair and no fading yet! I do follow CGM which might help but box dies usually fade right about now. First time tryingI normally get box dye or on very rare occasions go to the salon to get my hair colored. I figured I would give this a try because my hair has been struggling lately. First, the costumer sevice was excellent. I had a few questions and they were very quick to reply. The kit is fabulous. Comes with more than enough product and very detailed instructions customized for you. The product went on wonderful, was not too runny and coated my hair well. My hair color came out wonderful and not just one typical dimension color. It's got shine and great undertones. My hair feels soft and shiny.
