First hair dye ever!So I have “Virgin” hair, never been dyed before! I was so nervous but decided after reading and watching reviews to go for it. I’ve dyed friends hair so many times and have seen good and bad hair dye kits so I have a little experience. My hair is a medium blonde with natural bleach highlights...I went with a copper/auburn color and LOVE it! It’s so pretty, didn’t dry my hair out and didn’t stain my skin at all. Love my color and customer service!It took 3 times to get my color right simply because my grays are as hard-headed as I am! Great packaging, great instructions, poor follow up supportI received my first shipment from esalon and after following the instructions, the color I got was not a good fit for me at all. While I've been trying to get the next shipment updated to a new color, I am receiving canned email responses that indicate to me that my next color update is definitely not being "tailored to me." For example, I received a generic canned email about doing a strand test after I had sent an image showing how the color looked on me (and to show I'd been using the tinted rinse and that it hadn't worked that well).
