Darker than expectedI think for the desired look I was/am trying to achieve, I need to visit an actual salon to have my hair lightened and coloured properly. This was way too BROWN for my liking. Depositing colour doesn't LIFT-- so if you're a brunette wanting to go red-- no.... just no.... go to a salon! If you need a budget friendly pick-me-up to cover a few grays or freshen up your current colour without expecting a transformation, then esalon might work for you. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Not happy with color I want to opt outNot a fan the color is only slightly different from my natural color. No highlight options, and I can’t figure out how to stop all future shipments. Long term subscriberSuch a good deal; gone are the days when I had to waste hours in the beauty salon; "No I don't want coffee or wine! I just want my hair colored". Now I do my own. i have been a customer since 2013 and tell folks about it all the time. The color mix is great and the stylists flexible and readily respond to emails/comments. Reasonably priced. Rockin my New colorI went to a lighter color and I am so glad I did! My colorist helped walk me through going from a darker color to the lighter one. Actually it was two colors and they really helped a lot with their advice! Love love love my new color and I've gotten a lot of compliments!
