It wasn’t as good as I hopedWhy is it so hard to get really ashy tones!? I was hoping for a light to medium ashy blond and ended up with a warm brown. Darker than expectedI think for the desired look I was/am trying to achieve, I need to visit an actual salon to have my hair lightened and coloured properly. This was way too BROWN for my liking. Depositing colour doesn't LIFT-- so if you're a brunette wanting to go red-- no.... just no.... go to a salon! If you need a budget friendly pick-me-up to cover a few grays or freshen up your current colour without expecting a transformation, then esalon might work for you. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Not happy with color I want to opt outNot a fan the color is only slightly different from my natural color. No highlight options, and I can’t figure out how to stop all future shipments.
