My hair dresser is unhappy....This covid 19 lockdown had me scrambling for decent color without going into the store. This is my 2nd order/application and my hairdresser will not be seeing me again for any coloring any time soon. Great colorThe ordering process was very personable and quick. I ordered medium brown which came out to be a beautiful color, however, it ended up being a lot darker in my hair than I wanted. 2nd Time AroundThis is my second time using the product. I love the color but it's getting dark. It's time to do the highlights but I like the color. I have the highlight kit but afraid to use it since I don't have anybody to help me put them in. Wish there was a cap I could just put on my head, pull hair through and color that way like they used to do a long time ago. I'm still struggling with gray coverage at my temples. They just don't want to color. they are tinted but not colored. I was also missing a brush in this kit and had to put it on with my hands.
