Demi - colorI was very apprehensive about ordering a hair color on-line, but what attracted me to Esalon services were the question they ask prior to matching me to a color that would suit me and cover my gray. Customer service extraordinareI've yet to have a truly perfect color on day 1. It's usually 3-5 days later when things "settle down" that it reaches the image I've had in my mind. What I love about E-salon is their wiliness to tweak your color to your specifications so that you are happy. With the colors I've gotten to this point I give them a platinum star in customer service and an amount gold star in the color area. Does not cover greyI went to go and cancel my order because I realized this product was not covering my gray more than a boxed drugstore product. The representative talked me into getting one more month, for free which I did. She said that they would make it so my color would last longer but it did not. It smelled really strongSeems that it’s got something strong smelling and it tends to burn my nose and eyes, like the old Toni perms! If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction.
