It smelled really strongSeems that it’s got something strong smelling and it tends to burn my nose and eyes, like the old Toni perms! If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. Poor customer serviceI sent an email several weeks ago and never heard from anyone about adjusting my hair color. This is quite disappointing. Love itI had my color applied at eSalon in SF and it was fabulous. I got an 80/20 mix of blue to black (or maybe it was 60/40–it was the highest amount of blue they were allowed to mix). I got a great price because I had already purchased the color, and the stylist added what she needed to give me good saturation because I have a lot of hair. She also gave me an amazing blowout, which I rarely do for myself. I highly recommend the color and using an eSalon stylist. Color, care and convenience are the reasons I give this product + service 5 stars.
