Custom ColorThe custom color was pretty spot on but bright in the beginning. The color application was challenging to do myself. Did not do a good colorI followed instructions exactly and set timers - did not color grey this was supposed to be ash brown color and my roots turned out gold light brown - plus the conditioner packet wasn’t very good either will not be ordering again 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Love ItThis is by far the best hair coloring product I have ever used. The color is brilliant and so natural looking, folks cannot tell that I even dye my hair. I have been coloring my hair for over 30 years and this is best condition my hair has even been. Can't beat the price. This was better than I thoughtThis product was great, I liked how everything I needed was included with the order, the only issue was that one of the bottles leaked during shipping. Even with some of the product missing, it still activated and worked with the color. I liked how my hair felt after coloring it, my hair was not dried out and felt soft and silky.
