We got it perfect from third try, but they help you all the way to adjust to your perfection...and I want to mention that it was only time adjustment, my color they got it RIGHT perfectly right away !!!

I have been using a variety of color treatments from Salon to home kits and found this to be an exceptional product. The color is customized for my needs and delivered on my schedule right to my home. Everything is great; customer service, timely delivery and quality products!

The custom hair color is a perfect color for me and what I wanted to accomplish. It is easy to apply and covers the little bit of grey that I do have around my front hairline. I'm very pleased with this product and the results. My hair is soft and not dry.
