Great productI used to go to the grocery store and try to decide what color to buy each time, alternating between a lighter color and a darker color each time. Now, the color is consistent and I don’t have to decide. I usually bought what was on sale that day. Love this, and the shampoo and conditioner preserve the color. New formulaI noticed on today's application that the product is creamier and adheres to the hair much better. It was so much easier to apply and it lathered it beautifully. Love my Color~~I have been purchasing eSalon hair color since 2012 with no problems or issues. The color is fabulous and as you can see it leaves my hair shiny and luxurious~ Because of my thick, long hair, I found that I needed more product to actually cover the grey. Without hesitation my eSalon consultant made sure that my orders would complete the job. My hairdresser even says "I don't know how you do it. I have people who come in after they have done their own hair, and i have to fix what they did." Lol, not me... he also says that my hair is in great condition! (Thanks again, i also use the Color Care Shampoo & Conditioner Duo.) color sent too darkI am very disappointed, I order first time and was too dark. The second time I made a request to be lighter, but they send me the same color.
