Not what I asked for so much darkerThe color is so dark!!!! It’s almost black. My hair was a golden medium brown. My natural hair growing in was lighter than current color. I asked for my color to be lightened. I was told couldn’t be done. What I didn’t expect was for color to be soooo dark compared ro my dyed color; and worst it’s darker than my natural brown hair. Nice adjustment!The adjustment to my hair color looks great. Admittedly I was getting many compliments with the first color I received and started wondering if I should stick to this. But I decided to try this new color for my root growth. Just a slight shade lighter. It also looks good. Im going to stick with this color again and see as it grows out if this is indeed the right shade for me or if I should go back to the first darker shade. ColorGood color revive for me. I was disappointed that the kit did not contain the “bonus” free 2nd bottle of color for ends. Loved the colour combination was perfect tksI'm sorry to say I have to unsubscribe. I absolutely loved the colour combinations the colour was perfectly made. The Developer bottle was only 1/3 full.I remember having more developer in that 74ml bottle. in the past 3 or 4 years I have been using Esalon.I I received my replacement order last week and want to THANK Esalon for a speedy solution to my issue. Life the colorThe color quiz was so easy and they were able to match my color spot on. The first dye set I got was Demi permanent per their request. Unfortunately Demi permanent doesn’t stay in my hair how it’s supposed to. A majority of It washed out by the second wash, however the rinse tint worked so well to add more color pigment to my hair. The second set of dye I got was permanent and it has stayed soooo well and looks beautiful as ever. I love that the dye doesn’t ruin your hair and isn’t harsh on your hair. It feels like it has products in it to protect your hair and make it shiny as well. I highly recommend this product and company.
