My first time and they nailed it!I decided to try eSalon as I travel a lot and can't get with my regular colorist as often as I need to retouch. They did a great job in matching what I wear and I may be able to take on the whole job on my own regardless of where I am. I never expected that! LOVE this product! Couldn't find highlights!Navigating the website is a challenge. I couldn't find the highlights (hidden at the very bottom of the website) so I ordered my color, then found the highlights, which meant I had to pay shipping twice! So Easy To ApplyDue to health issues, among them I have a bad back/neck, making hairdresser wash basins so painful to use. However, using this kit at home, with help from my daughter, means I can look pretty and be proud of my hair! My hair is thick and comes just past my shoulders. It is a dark, dirty shade of blonde with some grey (mainly in my fringe and framing my face). Using my custom colour set lightens the darker underneath parts of my hair while also toning in the grey.
