Ideal to cover your graysI was always skeptical to use permanent color because how the growing roots look like. Well, not anymore because this product is exact my natural hair color. SurprisedI have colored my own hair in the past, only to go back to my stylist to have it done professionally. I was surprised how well e-salon's color came out. I didn't even do it correctly the first time. It looks great, natural and I love the texture. I have suggested it to many friends. The customer service has been good too. I don't need my hair color done frequently because I am covering gray, not changing colors. When I got the notice that my second order was coming, I wrote back and said "I don't need it yet" and the representative changed my renewal date for me.
