Lovely hair colourThis product is great. It smells a little strong but it does a wonderful job. Lovely colour I went for medium blonde but for my next order I have decided to go lighter. Everything’s in the box!My first color was great, it was darker, The color lasted so I even pushed delivery of my second color back. Then I chose to go lighter and for some reason this one hasn’t lasted well. My roots are showing. I think I’ll stick with the darker color. Love the hair color. Using esalon for many yearsI love the fact that I can color my hair myself and get good results. I use the ends refresher and root touch everytime. The only problem is now the difference between roots and ends are off color. Ends are more purple where roots are coppery.... not sure how to fix this. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Color wasn't quite rightMy initial first order and the custom color set was a darker color than I preferred and I felt that the new hair color looked more strawberry blonde than the warm blonde I was looking for. They were great about correcting my color and sent me a new custom color for free. I really wanted a lighter blonde color, but doing that on already colored hair was not advised, and it was recommended that I try the highlight kit, so I added it to my order. When my next order arrived, I applied the base color and it still wasn't quite the color I wanted and I waited for a week to add the highlights. The Highlight color and application was just what I was looking for with the pop of blonde and it blended well with the base color. About a month later I went to my regular hair stylist for a cut and she was impressed with my highlights. I am very pleased with the color and look.
