Definitely better than store bought....The colorists do a great job at matching your hair color. The color has amazing depth coverage is better than store bought. Gray coverage, especially around the face (fine hairs) is hard to keep covered though. It's probably human error but I try to cover around the frame of my face but it's hard. Too much REDI have been trying to change my hair to Medium Blonde (Ash). I have used the kits you sent me except for the highlights. I don't want to put blonde highlights over red hair. Still not the color I'm wanting.My hair is still coming out that copper color.. I just don'e like how it looks at the end. It's disappointing because my hair feels so soft and looks so shiny after, that I wish the color would turn out!:( 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Did not cover the gray as I needed it to.Aside from the color being too light, which I assume eSalon can do, the color did NOT cover the gray. This is the reason why I started going to a salon years ago to get a better product that covered my stubborn gray as opposed to the L'Oreal or similar you can get at the grocery store.
