Impossible customer service!I have canceled my account multiple times three to be exact and yet you still charge me. Too Red instead of a soft blondeTried 2 times this time and getting redder, have the tints and nothing seems to take the red out. It’s a strawberry blonde now and dislike it very much. I will stop for now and pull the color out and add the color I need. But Thank you. It’s just not working, like it used to with the lightest blond. I have tried to explain but noticed no change.
