Love it, and no more itchinessLove it, it is a great quality product. The box comes with everything you need and more. And don’t even get me started on the costumer support, absolutely OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!! They go far and beyond to make you happy and satisfied. Best of all, store bought hair color used to give me the worst allergic reaction, itchiness beyond belief to the point of scratching until my scalp bled. Esalon color: NOTHING! Red head perfectionI loved this color!!!! Perfect mix . Esalon has amazing customer service. The first red I ordered was too brown for me and not exactly what I envisioned.
