Love it!The kit was complete with everything needed and instructions were easy to follow. Great follow up by the team to ensure that I got the color I wanted. They advised that the color I initially requested would be too dark, and I’m glad they did. My color was perfect! It’s been almost 3 weeks since I colored and it’s holding up well. Best decision I’ve made....I believe I have been ordering my hair color and additional items for almost 3 years. I have to say as cheesy as it will sound this is the REAL DEAL!!! Esalon provides the quality and individual care like a 5 star salon with the price and convenience that everyone can afford!!! Love my color!I've used this hair color for over three years now, and appreciate how it's been fine-tuned for me by eSalon when I've needed it to be. The color looks amazing on my very fine, very straight hair, foot-long hair, especially the first two weeks. It's very light blonde, but the layers underneath have all sorts of caramel, honey and darker undertones which gives it a lot of depth. I have ZERO skills in the application department, so having it turn out so well, and consistently each time is a huge relief. I travel a lot, so being able to switch up the delivery all the time is super helpful. My only complaint is that it gets a little brassy towards the end, even though I wash my hair only every other day, and use the eSalon color safe shampoos.
