Just perfect!I am so happy with my color! I cannot believe esalon was able to match my color so well. I have copper blonde color, and I was worried about how my dark roots would respond. Does the jobI ordered this a little while back but was afraid to use it. Then I remember my mom dying her hair at home all the time so I thought why not try it. The week before Christmas I had an appointment on Saturday morning at 930AM and I waited for 45 minutes to get started. How could she be behind 45 minutes on a 930AM appointment? I hate the logistics of booking an appointment, finding time to go, the small talk, the noise, price gouging and so many other reasons. This worked today and I will see how it wears over the next few weeks. My husband put it in for me and he did a great job. I like to be more than one color...have a bit of texture sometimes, not sure how I get that effect going this route but I'm glad I didn't have to make an appointment to get this done...thank you esalon! 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Best I have ever usedI have colored my hair both at home and in a salon for well over forty years. After allowing my gray to grow in , I decided that I would prefer to go strawberry blonde ( I’m a natural redhead ) but to my horror, things didn’t go as planned. Would like to cancelBack in the summer of this year I talked to someone asking them to cancel my order because I was going to be out of the country and because the product I was receiving wouldn’t cover my white hair completely. The first order was really good, but I tried a couple more times and it just didn’t seem to work the same. I just returned and see that I continued to receive the product, which I would like to return and get my money back. Would you please let me know how do I do that?
