DisappointedWas excited to use this hair color after all the hype I read about it. The first time was just ok - color was nice but in 3 weeks, I saw a lot of grey. The second time was worse - I saw grey in several places right after coloring and the brown color was drab. I reached out to eSalon but no response after a few days so I cancelled future orders. I just don't see any improvement over the boxed color I get at the store and it is 1/3 the price! I am not new to coloring - I've been at it for over 30 years. WOW!!!!!I am very surprised how spot on the color is based on the information I provided. I was worried at first the color might be a bit dark but I had to wait until morning because I allow my hair to dry naturally. .. BOY was I happy when I styled my hair today....the color was just perfect, shiny, full of body and really looks great ;) Thank you to the associate who put the color together.
