Gray hairHi, I’m really happy to chose you. You are very organized and great customer service but I still am not happy with my gray hairs. The colors dose not cover my gray hair very well. Beautiful color, Nasty smellI love the color, but am unable to use due to it’s high ammonia smell. Get rid of the ammonia and I’d consider coming back. However, nobody responded to me when I cancelled my auto order due to the ammonia content, so, I don’t think I’ll be back ordering any time soon. Pleasantly Surprised!A friend at work told me about trying this new hair color. I was retiring so I just thought it looks great on her but I’m growing out my gray. Fast forward about 5 years. I wasn’t happy with my gray so decided to try eSalon. I am absolutely an amateur at doing my own hair color, so I watched all the videos and then was ready to color my own hair. Whatever It TakesI originally picked a color (from a large shade selection, so you can surely find a shade you like), but that's not the shade that actually came out on my hair when I used the product. I love that I was able to explain what happened, send a picture of the outcome, and a personal color consultant changed the formula as necessary to provide the color result I wanted, and sent it to me at no charge! Store packages can't guarantee the color shade on the box because people's hair handle the chemicals differently. If what you see isn't what you get, oh well.
