Nice touchesI like that they tell you what colours is in your order and the instructions are clear and easy to follow. Nice touch including my name on the colour bottle, etc. Also really good that they do a follow-up to make sure you're happy and if there's anything not quite right they'll adapt the colour for the next delivery. Color is PERFECTI had a lot of dark root growth with a lot of gray to cover too, and I completely changed my previous hair color to this new color, and it came out PERFECT!!! The kit came with a roots color and an ends color process. This was new to me, but I followed the instructions to a T, and although it took longer than I expected, the entire process was so easy! I have been dyeing my hair from a box every 4 weeks since I can remember, so I am familiar with the self dye situation and coordination that it takes, which was definitely necessary experience for my first e-salon trial.
