Great in a pinch if you want to save moneyThis product is not as good as a salon, for me. I can see where it might be for others, but my hair is extremely fine and fragile. The color this product gives is wonderful, but it leaves my hair dry and brittle. Color fried my hairI have used products a few times getting progressively darker. This time I again asked for a shade darker and followed the instructions exactly. Amazingly responsive customer service!I've been a super light blonde for years and am really burned out on it. Ready for color but not willing to spend $120 on hair color every few weeks. I ordered a dark golden mahogany blonde. eSalon reviewed and with my ok lightened the shade. I'm still looking for my perfect shade but so impressed with the response and care from eSalon!
