RootsI just did my hair maybe 2 weeks ago, maybe even less and my roots are gray already. I don't know what is going on lately but I might as well go pay $10 at a beauty store instead of $27 @ month. Order returnI am returning the order received 01/06/2020 . The box is unopened and the tracking number is #9400 1102 0512 0028 0553 82. Please credit the account that was debited for this transaction and notify me when credit is complete. Also, please do not send any further orders as I am not satisfied with the product and its cost. Better than store boughtI've been using this product for 4 years now, and still love it. They have many new products available now, which makes it easy to change things up. I have always had excellent customer service and advice. It is more expensive than store bought, but I am happy to pay the extra because the quality is better, and it is still much cheaper than going to a salon.
