Perfect EVERY time!As someone who lives in a remote location, finding my right color in stock was always an issue. Or the company changed the color a little. With eSalon, its perfect every time, it arrives on time and I don't have to worry about anything. On top of that, one time the product got lost in the mail. Perfect results - ALWAYSI have been using this service for several years now and have been 100% satisfied with every color application. Even my stylist is impressed with how healthy my hair is and the quality of the color. They want to know what brand eSalon uses :-) Shipping is perfect, the site is easy to use and any time I have wanted an adjustment it has been smooth sailing. The communication is outstanding. I highly recommend this product/service. If you are coloring at home and are buying from the store - try this once and you will be convinced. The color product is superb, the kit is a blessing with the color block and remover + the shampoo and conditioner/gloves make this a pleasure to use. I have saved a ton of money and time - I no longer have to sit at the salon for hours and save about 100/six weeks now.
