Best long lasting colour

This colour kit is the best I've ever tried. Such shiny and soft hair afterwards. Easy to use instructions and plenty of colour in the bottle for my shoulder length hair. I usually have to buy 2 from the supermarket! So glad that I tried it and will definitely keep using it.

I usually use box dye cause it relatively is cheaper and easier, but this product and website is awesome and you actually know the developer volume! And if it’ll work!

Poor Customer Service

Shipping has taken over a week and I have an event that requires a color refresh by Sunday. As a result, this delay cost me $120 in salon fees, and e-salon wouldn't even let me return the product for a refund. Not happy!
