I have been coloring my hair for decades and tried different colors in between salon visits. As I have gotten grays, the traditional box colors just don't seem to do the trick - the end result is always too dark, doesn't cover grays, or the tint is wrong. With a custom color, I've been able to achieve the color I want and it is easy to adjust it. Plus, the package contains everything I need, and the instructions are very clear. Highly recommend!

At first it seemed a bit dark, but within a week it had softened to the perfect shade. And it’s lasting better than anything I’ve tried for years, including professional salon service color. The smell was a bit strong, but I think it’s worth it for lasting color that doesn’t pull brass from my medium brown.

waste of time

After a long phone conversation with my colorist I am so disappointed with my color. I even sent a picture and they still managed to get it wrong. My color is way too dark and I do not think I could have been any clearer. Now all the money I spent on highlights is gone because of the color. So disappointed!!!!!
