Horrible!I followed directions exactly and it looks awful. It did not color my roots well. You can see where my previous color was, that section seemed to grab the color. The color is wrong. I wanted copper red and it gave me dark blond(intense copper) 2 totally different things. Too darkI thought the description of what I wanted was clear enough. I wanted to go brighter and redder, but what was sent was darker and redder, so I'm confused. Extremely HappyI've been using esalon for over 3 years now and I love it. My hair is soft, the shade is perfect and has the color is dimensional. The recently updated color solution is even better. Washes out more easily and was easier overall to work with. I never really looked forward to the chore of coloring my hair partly because it was so sticky to wash out. Now, it's a breeze. Great!I really enjoy the product. Covers my grays and the color is amazing. I love that I can ask for changes and they work with me to tweak my color. Great color!For decades I mixed 2 shades of a well-known brand, until those shades were discontinued.
