Nice results but chintzy on the extrasVery easy, straightforward instructions to follow. I like how my hair turns out. But would it hurt your bottom line to supply us, the first time, with four Big (I have quite a bit of hair) plastic clips and a generous-sized plastic bib-apron, maybe with a tiny velcro closure for the back of the neck? 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. My recent purchaseI was very pleased with my color. My stylist hit my color right on. I wasn’t able to print the instructions so I had to keep looking back at my iPad. Luckily a friend of mine helped me out. After coloring I noticed my hair was very nice and soft. Unfortunately the stain remover didn’t immediately remove the color from my face. I really liked getting two bottles of color and developer. It was well worth the money. Also getting everything I needed to color my hair. However I cannot afford to do it again until April. I would like to receive a discount on my next shipment if possible because I understand that I would only receive one bottle of color and developer. Asked for blonde ended up with copper redIn my profile I said I wanted to go to a lighter blonde. My color was sent and I ended up with copper red hair. When I reached out to my “color professional” Yvette I was told that none of their hair colors will lighten your hair that I have to do the lightening kit. I asked why I wasn’t told that up front when my profile specifically said I wanted to go lighter? I also asked why my hair is now copper red when that’s not even close to what I asked for and all she did was refund my money and said they could not fix it. The advertised personalized service for your color is not true. No one looked at my profile or specialized anything. I love it!The hair color I ordered was perfect for me. It had the right amount of ash tones and it neutraliziled all of the unwanted warmth in my brown hair, which I have always struggled with in other at home color kits.
