Very happy!I love my new color, it's unique and I got compliments on it. It's the closest thing to getting my hair colored professionally without going to an actual salon. I will definitely be signing up for every 4-6 weeks, which is when I start to see a little bit of gray coming in. It's lasted pretty long without fading. Definetly longer than when I would buy the boxed hair dye from the store. And a richer color, plus my hair felt healthy afterwards, not dried out. BewareI was a 3 year customer and my last shipment was mixed incorrectly. My stylist wasn’t paying attention and doubled the amount of the white power in my kit. It caused a terrible reaction! I immediately turned off my plan and told eSalon what happened. They never followed up with me to apologize or make sure I was Ok. Make sure that you know your product has been accurately measured before you use it! They are going too fast which is causing mistakes at the customers expense!!!!
